St. Patrick's Super Greens
In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, we've put together a list of St. Patrick's Super Greens! This includes some of your favorite, and most nutrient-dense, Foxy Fresh Veggies!
Broccoli
Broccoli is full of potassium and folate, along with vitamins A, B6 and C. It also contains 5 grams of fiber per cup!

The newest Super Green on the scene - it contains 100% of your recommended daily value of vitamin C! According to SELF.com, BroccoLeaf is one of the new superfoods to try this year!
Kale
It's particularly high in vitamin A and vitamin C: just one serving has more than 100% of your recommended daily value for both vitamins.
Spinach
This leafy green is home to many phyto-nutrients that have health promotional and disease prevention properties, including vitamins K, A, B6 and B1. Spinach leaves also contain a good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, magnesium, copper and zinc.
Swiss Chards
