Dessert Hummus with Strawberries


  • 1- 15.5 ounce can of no salt added chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil or coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup chocolate chips, melted (plus 2 tablespoons not melted, for garnish)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk or milk alternative

For Dipping:

Foxy Strawberries, washed


Add everything, except strawberries, to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish the top with sprinkle of chocolate chips. Enjoy with foxy produce strawberries.
