		Dessert Hummus with Strawberries
Ingredients
- 1- 15.5 ounce can of no salt added chickpeas, rinsed and drained
 - 2 tablespoon avocado oil or coconut oil, melted
 - ½ cup chocolate chips, melted (plus 2 tablespoons not melted, for garnish)
 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2 tablespoons milk or milk alternative
 
For Dipping:
Foxy Strawberries, washed
Preparation
Add everything, except strawberries, to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish the top with sprinkle of chocolate chips. Enjoy with foxy produce strawberries.
