Citrus Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping handful of Foxy Organic Spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks 
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • ½ orange, peeled and sliced 
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 6-8 ice cubes


Toppings:

  • Kiwi slices 
  • Foxy strawberry slices 
  • Mango chunks 
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or hemp seeds 
  • ¼ cup of your favorite Granola 

Preparation

Add all ingredients (except toppings) into a blender. Blend until smooth. Evenly divide into two bowls. Decorate each smoothie bowl with your favorite toppings. Enjoy every bite with a spoon.
